How Legal Entities can participate

To participate in the auction via the internet, legal entities must be legally constituted, registered in the National Register of Legal Entities (CNPJ).

Participation will take place through the use of a valid Digital Certificate in accordance with IN No. 1077/2010, which has the e-CAC.

– It is allowed to participate in the Electronic Auction through Digital certificate valid:

a) the correct person in charge of the company constant CNPJ;

b) in accordance with the direct Electronic Power of Attorney granted by e-CAC, in which the grantee must have the Digital Certificate. Therefore, the Electronic Power of Attorney is granted exactly on the internet, without having to go to an RFB unit; or

c) according to the Power of Attorney Request for IRS from Brazil, in the event that the grantor does not have a digital certificate.
