Furthermore, those who are part of the Social Programs of Federal government can also form part of Social Eligibility Program, divided into the modalities Qualified Student and Qualified Citizen. Intended for students and adults who do not yet have driver's license.
People who are already part of programs of the Secretariat of Social Development (Sedes), Secretariat of Justice and Citizenship (Sejus) or who have registration in the Single Registry (CadÚnico) can also participate.
Another requirement is to have a maximum income of two minimum wages and those who are unemployed, public school students, people with special needs and small farmers can also apply for these vacancies in the Social Driver's License.
